How Ukrainian Armed Forces are using the American 155mm Howitzer M777

M777 has shown its effectiveness in pulverizing occupiers crossing a strategic river near Bilohorivka village.
There, the russian invaders lost up to 100 units of heavy weapons, up to 500 personnel, and lots of equipment, and their pontoon bridge was destroyed.
Thanks to the support of allies, Ukraine receive modern and far better weapons.

@@inovitex No they received less than a hundred of them from Canada but the exact number has not been provided. So far the US has not provided any Excalibur shells. Also the only M777's even equipped to be able to fire them have been the 6 that Canada has donated. The US removed the equipment required to operate them from the M777's we donated. There have not even been 40,000 of them produced. They cost over $100k each.

Those are brave men fighting so I don't want to sound critical but the trigger man is way off on his technique. However, you're supposed to continue to pull the cord while rotating with the hand holding the cord in a downward position parallel to your body. After you pivot 180° on the ball of the foot opposite the hand holding the cord you stop abruptly at half of a turn and with the non-pivoting foot you do a quick flip kick and grab your crotch with your free hand and thrust your hips forward. Then with the cord hand and once the trigger is released start drawing it to upwards to grab the top of your helmet and pulling your head down to 45°. If done correctly the round should fire at exactly the same moment you stop your rotation and your hips are moving forward with free hand attached to I your crotch. Also synchronized should be your cord hand pulling down your helmet with the flip kick on non pivoting foot. it's recommend at the same time quickly expell the air in your lungs in 2 bursts of air that make a 'he...he' sound. If you've fired the weapon correctly the following precautions were applied: your lower body is out of harms way from rotation, kick, and hip thrust, your face and eyes are protected by lowering your helmet 45°, and you've reduced the effects of the pressure change from the concussion by excelling twice saying 'He...Heee'. After which you yell 'shaum mo' to let your crew know to start loading the next round.

Not accurate. It started out being designed by VSEL. BAE took over the design, but when the US showed interest in an "Americanized" version the design was handed over to BAE land systems, which is a British company but very much in the USA. Assembly also happens in Mississipi. Always remember that when it comes to these big international companies that you never know who has had their hands on it. For Example, BAE has 39,000 employees in Britian and 35,000 in the US. Excellent company, great engineers, but very much international. VSEL, the original designer...very British.
