Can we use informal english just like wanna,gonna etc or can we use abbreviations in the professional emails and business emails ?

Mistakes according to me 1) Not personalising opening statements (I hope u r fine) 2)Understandable English not used 3)Sentences are too direct as it seems like the reader is being ordered to do certain things and also there are no connections between sentences. 4 ) everything tried to end in a single paragraph
