How to write a business email in English // 26 phrases to improve your email writing skills

Do you want to improve your professional email writing skills? Learn the 26 most useful business email phrases and take your business English to the next level!
For the past 5 years, I've worked in the corporate and legal sector in London and want to share with you the phrases that I picked-up throughout my experience.
Writing emails is a skill that you acquire over time with practice. However, you can speed-up the process by learning these these expressions which will not only help you save time and effort, but will make your English sound more refined.

📝 Here are the phrases:
Beginning
1. Thank you for writing or thank you for your email.
2. I hope this email finds you well
3. "Please accept my apologies for my tardy reply"
Main body
1. 'As requested' or 'as per your request'
2. I am writing to inform you that/to let you know that
3. I am delighted to let you know that
4. Further to my email below
5. Forgive me for chasing, but I was wondering whether

    In the Medical field; EOB means: Explanation of Benefits. COB means: Coordination of Benefits. EOP means: Emergency Operation Plan, COP means Cryptonic Organizing Pneumonia, and I have never heard of End of play. The abbreviations you provided are not used like that in the Medical field, here in the United States, just an FYI. Your other tips were useful. Thank you

    As always, great job Dasha. I was wondering if you might make a video about proper “chat” etiquette. I find myself communicating via chat more often nowadays and sometimes I mix formal and informal lingo in my chats. I have never been called out on it, however, I can’t help but feel that it may be inappropriate. Also I think this topic might help others that are experiencing the same issue/situation. Thanks 🤙🏽
