    I'm just starting out. I just today got in the mail the regular blue ones not the world record ones. They worked absolutely fantastic. I got them because I was feeling a little locked up in my left knee last week and I though these would help and they did immensely. Thanks Smelly!

    Hi! how long those wraps are? It seems to me you can push them at least for ten rounds on your knees, can't you?. I use Inzer iron z, as they are softer, and I can squeeze them easily, by myself, but I still prefere someone else to wrap me. Good luck and good lift!

    I wrap 'em from right to left..tight,tho not so tight that it completely cuts all circulation.I will try one extra layer above the knee next time. Good video on knee wrapping.

    Ideally, you want to keep your legs as straight as possible when wrapping (with your toes pointed upward) to wrap as little of the calf as possible. If you stand up after wrapping, your calves "rise up" a bit and make the wrap even tighter, which is what you want. Chris Duffin goes over this as well in the How To Squat vid with Silent Mike. But I guess Marcus just prefers to keep a little bent in his knee.

    AsianOLY Knee wraps hurt. so, if you wrap over knee wraps, it doesn't hurt. that's why they do it.

    does anyone have the issue of the wrap pinch behind the knee? I just got my first set of wraps, and no matter how I wrap them, there's pinching behind my knee which makes it uncomfortable to squat at all

    Just a struggle in general lol. I've been dealing with bruising in the area and I haven't pre stretched or had someone else wrap for me. Not excited for that!

    Leave your knee cap open a little bit and wrap tight around the thigh and shin where they connect to the knee.This helps a bit with the pinch behind your knee.

    If I understood this correctly, he means that if your knee tend to go in instead of out (horizontally) when squating, and you have problems with getting them out (you want your knees to move in the same direction as your toes) you can wrap from the other direction. :) hope that was enough of explanation.

    They’re for safety and add lbs to your squat. I only use them for sets over 85% or at competition.

    The reason you wrap medially is because knee cap dislocations are almost always lateral. It’s anatomy. Don’t shame people.

    Syrus Kite I'm a little late to the party. From what I've heard this is what happened. Sponsors mainly just want to sponsor Eric and not Ernie and Ernie Sr since they aren't the ones primarily in the spotlight. The lilliebridge family most likely wanted everybody to be part of the deal and not just Eric.

    I FUCKING HATE WRAPPING MY OWN KNEES. By the time I'm done wrapping my knees I'm out of breathe then my squats suffer. Get someone to wrap them for you. Even if you have to pay them it makes a hell of a difference.

    At a meet you have a limited amount of time between and before each lift to get your shit together, pump up and be ready to lift a maximal weight. Why waste time wrapping our knees when you could be preparing mentally whilst a mate helps wrap your knees? Also someone else might be able to wrap better than you/it might be easier from the front

    Well if you use them every set, sure, but Thunder does most of his in sleeves if I remember correctly. I squat about 95% of the time with naked knees, but I got some sleeves and wraps for occasional variety.
