Picking the Best Knee Sleeves
Спорт
I've owned a ton of sleeves and get a lot of questions about which ones I'd recommend. If you're having trouble choosing, it can help to narrow down your choices based off the shape of your legs.

@@KevinKaneCanada man I couldn’t tell you off the top of my head. I want to say the top of my calves and my knee joint are both about 17.5 inches if I remember correctly and my lower thigh around my teardrop is around 19-19.5 inches just going off of memory. The sizing chart recommended XL. I have an XL pair but sized down to an L pair of Stoics, and the L pair fits more snug but comfortable and not too hard to get on.

Yeah the downside to the newer denser neoprene is that it's far less stretchy and unforgiving.
My kneejoint is 37cm / 14,5" and calves 38cm / 15" (I am 178cm and 86 kgs atm). Over that large squatting quads bc have been squatting and deadlifting like 12 years. I have following -3 and 5 mm Rehbands (usually use them only in my elbows for zercher squat or 1-leg zercher pistol squat) -old SBD in size M (for training and S (for 1RM, used like 8...10 years and still like brand new. Can't use size S for long times, one hour max). Tried newer Sbd and they are much looser than old! New M-size is loose like nothing... -A7 Stiff cone in size M (stretchy and too short / not even near full 30 cm... is like missing 6 cm length. But these are most comfortable. Used since last BF/December and like brand new) -Inzer Ergopro in size L (chose according size table... very easy to put on even without rolling it up. Gives A LOT of pop in the hole, like no other and others are a joke after using these. Sometimes hard to get of over calves. But could have sized down easily to M. Used 6 weeks / 5 heavy squat sessions and some up-end circumference seams are starting to wear / gets easily scratched also -> won't last long in my use -> crappy quality for 249 € including all costs to get them in Finland.) Will definitely buy A7 Rigor Mortis and size down to from table size L to M as tables seem quite same with Stiff cone. Probably could use S-size for heavy singles... For deadlifting and other than back squats I use A7 stiff cone as it is soooo comfortable even sized down (I was in the upper end of L and still bought M).

I find even sized down sleeves can bunch up. Just more material than can be displaced when your knee is bent.
I do like my SBD sleeves, but I don't try to get the tiniest sleeves that could possibly fit on my knees so I bet an hourglass or rectangle shape would also get the job done about as well for me. The SBD build quality is very high though.

Hey, what sleeves do you recommend for someone who hasnt bought sleeves before, i would say my legs are pretty consistent all around, my quads slightly bigger and my calve is like not wide but like big at the back of it, idk where to start of, i suppose an hour glass would be the best but idk a lot of the good once seem expensive for someone who just started out

Hello Brandon! Really struggling to decide which knee sleeves to purchase. What would you recommend for a 41cm quad, 32inch knee, 33 inch calf?
