Crazy to think that im no professional but i have wrapped my own car about 7 times over the last 3 years and just watching your videos has taught me the little finishing tricks to make my car look even better this last time i wrapped it. Very much appreciate you putting these videos out to teach and inspire!

Thanks a lot for sharing your videos and tips, I recently did a chrome delete on my 2018 Civic Si using Vivid Matt Black vinyl thanks to your advise. It came out pretty nice for the first time. However I am experiencing some parts sticking out along the edge and it looks like the glue did not adhered to the surface that well, which could have been due to area not been cleaned perfectly around those edges. Would you recommend using some kind of glue to repair this? I mostly tried to have the material wrap around the edges without stretching or heating to much until after the wrapping was completed.

In regards to the door.. @19:16as you finish the Ext and wrap around to the weather stripping, typically do you stop there and allow the two contract to be seen or do you charge more for complete coverage in order to hide original color ? I’m sure price has something to do with the level of detail owner wants to spend. I wanted to do mine completely changed due to the fact.. I’ve had it for going on 9 yrs and had the opportunity to remove fix and replace or repair a lot of the panels and trim.

I don't want to remove door handle of my Mustang - way too much work for tiny area. I will use your technique. I like your simpler approach compared to many other who LOVE taking things off the car for a wrap. NOT worth it.

Trying to do a lot of research before attempting to wrap my C5 Corvette (my first ever wrap), your videos have been a lot of help. I've heard a lot the back of the blade on the back side of the fender what exactly do you mean? Are you using the knife and an angle, or just have the knife in the gap away from the door as far as you can so you have a little bit to wrap around the door?

I could take that door completely off and put it back on with no problem. The best part is that the door is a good size it's not even too big to take off and to be able to put the door back on. Just using that as a prime example. I do love the color you are using in this video for this car door. I'm watching because I really do like your videos. You should make your own TV show or whatever if you already haven't. Like I just came across your videos today to be honest. Every other video that I have seen on KZread they don't really talk the way you do. You take your time from the time you first start doing whatever it is that you're doing and you go into full details every step of the way. You make life so much more easier when it comes to watching these videos on KZread compared to anyone else seriously. I can really tell you like doing what you are doing and you make it fun to watch when it comes to your videos. You definitely have a lot of patience no matter what you're doing when it comes to a vehicle.

Have you ever come across a vinyl wrap manufacturer and color name that offers a close facsimile to BMW Santorini Blue?

Do you know of a Carbon Fiber wrap that matches the weave of a Seibon hood? I have a reproduction rear wing that needs to be wrapped in CF in order to match the hood. Please let me know.

So much easier to remove the door handle and rubber seal on the door and would be much cleaner. No chances of peel back. We’ve tore down much older cars and never had an issue of breaking anything.

might want to try manual focus that camera is all over the place. Great tutorial though

Dealing with manual focus is rough too. If it's not perfectly dialed in, then everything is blurry for the whole video.

Two things (and I like your channel btw). 1, the video is about wrapping AROUND the door handle. The video was 27 minutes long for maybe about 5 minutes of explaining how to wrap around this Porsches door handle. 2, I get the title doesn't say you're going to wrap the handle itself but going back to the length of the video you should have included what you do next. This was the easy part even though you say the next step is fairly easy. I would have liked to see you finish the door. Yes everyone, I know I can skip through the video. But we don't have timestamps to tell us when he's doing something in particular. Just a helpful suggestion. Keep up the hard work CK Wraps
