Great video! Although it took us longer as we realized we had to bend all of the tabs (not just the ones shown on the video) in order for the baffle to go back on. Thank you!

Mine was broken but not off so I went and bought the part. Noticed what looked like a hole for a screw so asked the salesman. He said "oh yea you have to screw it in from the other side". Took the top off the washer and went "Nope! Not gonna do that". Went online found this and, boom, done. Had to yank a bit but went exactly like the video. Thankyou so much.

This is a great DIY video. I tried to put my baffle back on our Maytag MHWE201YW00 washer and I had to bend the other tabs as well for it to go back on. Just a FYI.

Which other tabs did you have to bend? Did you bend them out like the video showed?

I still hear something like coins Checked the filter and found 1 coin Can i see coins if remove the baffle

I have a whirlpool model WFW72HEDW0. Will they come out the same way?

I have Maytag 4000 series washer and the coins seems to be stuck inside the drum. Will this be an easy way to remove the coins?

Not sure if the 2000 series is similar but I went underneath and unplugged the big hose that goes from the drum to the pump, rotating the drum and all whatever was inside fell out

I used the back end off a hamer as leverage to pull it towards me.

Can this be glued back on?
