T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.
Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” - Alan Watts.

Your life is only wasted if you're trying to live up to the ideas others have tried to convince you that have to live up to, else they judge it as a waste. That feeling of guilt is there (and should be) because you continue to collectively allow the things that make you feel that way to happen, simply by saying that's just the way it is, and I can do nothing. When you decide you can do something, and you create the way that it is....Poof...That guilt fades away like a fart in the wind. You don't fix problems by ignoring them, you face them, and when you start solving them happiness comes for along for the ride.

I turn 50 in August . I worked since about 13 years old at fish plants , chicken farms , just about anything I could to get ahead . At 44 yrs I had a fall that left me unable to go back to my 30yr profession as an ironworker. For the first couple of users I was devastated, I lost everything I ever worked for because the banks and the government just wrote me off . Today I'm still after 7 + yrs not even getting disability yet . But the one thing I realized in the last few years is that the only one going to take care of me is Me . They (the governments) have rules for which are to stave us rape us of all dignity we build the office's that these tyrants work in and without us they would not exist. But yet we struggle. I've learned that if I'm hungry I will fish, without rule ,I will plant without rule, I will harvest animals without rule . Cause you know why? There's not a human being out there that can tell me or any other person on this planet that we need money to survive.and unless you have money your not worth anything. This is in my opinion the failure of human kind . Be safe out there my friends. Just one more note if we in the western countries all just said the hell with work for 1 month all of us . Just think of the crash we would set up for out ridiculous governments

I would strike out the word “mistake” and replace it for “experiences.” When I realize all the do called “mistakes” I made with my children, I go into deep depression and spiral down self flagellating for marrying their father and for me even being born. Who is to say this or that was a “mistake”? Obviously “it was” and therefore “it is”. I love Allan Watts, he has been instrumental in me living my life in my own terms.

It's not a great human failing to make mistakes. Freedom means freedom to make mistakes. Human behaviour at the deepest level is in complete harmony with the universe. Guilt is simply licking the wound in your ego. 🔎🍨🔭🏇🌵💖🍉🌞🌵🎁 Making money your sole purpose is confusing it with happiness. Sun ray isn't realised without darkness. You are more than the rays. You are the source of rays. Everyone is a divine being that requires spectrums of every kind. They join in circles. Every point is a center, envying those above and pitying those below! Thanks Alan. 16 May 2023.💡🔎🌷🌱💖🐞🌷🎁🔔

You can have the good without the bad , do only good things. The bad is not needed in order to know or do the good. We shouldn’t let ourselves off the hook that easy. That’s the last thing people need to hear. Removal of guilt feels good , it allows us to do what we want without the feelings that should come from doing the wrong or bad thing.

@@peggydorais5756 facts! Bad and good go hand in hand just like the way an inside cannot exist without an outside and vice versa, we are always busy looking and worries about the situation rather than embracing it and choosing to see the beauty in the now,it all goes to perspective ,I've experienced amaizing moments in situations one would thing are bad,I CHOSE TO SEE BEAUTY IN EVERYTHING AND EVERY SITUATION😊❤

This is not a party where you add as much noise and intoxicants as you can! It's meant to contribute to a more spiritual state of mind, with silence, and a decrease in the distracting fast thoughts, and an increase in silence. There's not enough nothing in this. But you wouldn't understand what I just said.
