What most stuck out for me is the anxiety humans produce worrying about what MAY happen but probably wont is analogous to children scaring themselves in the dark... Wow
The game is hide and seek, lost and found. The insides and outsides are one.
I love how Alan basically believes that a person is a part of and an extension of the cosmos and himself

People go to such great pains to find the meaning in life, but the meaning of life is to live. If you're here, you've already arrived, there's nothing left to it but to live. It's such great conceit to think that the meaning of our lives is any greater than that of an ant's life, or a worm, or a blade of grass, or any parasite or fish in the sea. We're all a part of the same dance, doing exactly the same thing.
In order to remember, we must first have to forget!

@@simplyvibinn5417 , I'm really trying to understand how suffering is Grace, and can't correlate the two. IMO, the only aspect of Grace as it pertains to suffering, is death. How is one unserious in life when emotions are attached to our experiences? Is this an inherent trait, that we've pushed back into the recesses of our "being", or is it a learned discipline? Please, make it make sense.

The capitalist society has taught us that we need to be serious in life. We play the game not because we want to; but out of necessity. If we don't play the game, then how do we survive? The game distracts us from our originality and creativity. We are drained of our time and energy; distracted by the pressures of finance, health, and societal expectations. One only needs to look at the root cause of these pressures; politics, egos, and past traumas of world powers. The hyper rich that suppress our freedom. The ones that pull the strings to squeeze the most out of our existence for their own benefit. Feeding us only the ideologies and expectations that they can exploit us with, and to distract us from what little is left of our individuality. Our so called modern society. Stay strong, friends; decide on your own game, and play it to your heart's content.
