With my s5ii I have problems putting it on 16:9, can you do this?

im getting a "connecting to pc" message on my gh5 but nothing ever happens. do you know what the issue might be?

i go through the process and on my gh5 it says "connecting to PC" but nothing ever happens and on the pc screen it still says "connect lumix to pc

I just started youtube content creation and I want to buy a camera which one is better? (lumix g7 OR lumix fz300) they both are the same price I want to live stream with it so it has to have a clean HDMI output what do U recommend?

Thank you for watching! Make sure your camera is in M (Manual) mode and not S, P or Av.

In using Zoom, I cannot find out how to get my GH4 to show up in Video as an option. Any ideas? I got the Panasonic Tether installed & working, But when I go to Zoom & go to choose video I want to use, The GH5 is not showing up.

No, unfortunately. Only the latest flagship cameras are supported as of now.

Hey - QUESTION PLEASS - i’m using a Lumix G7 with HDHI capture card. I set up everything right but when i hit record the camera goes black and display “Video Now Recording” how can i fix that please?

You can't record to the camera and use it as a webcam at the same time.

Am I missing something? My download wasn't a separate app. It seems to be an .exe file that loaded drivers into Zoom, etc. So, I don't open an app as you describe.

It's not a Windows app, it's an application that you have to install.

@@FabledFew I think you're not talking about the latest version of tether. You download and run the .exe and then when you open Zoom, for example, you find that your camera is one of the available options. That's how it worked for me. This is what I downloaded. It's not an app. It seems to be a set of drivers, perhaps. www.panasonic.com/global/consumer/lumix/lumix_webcam_software.html

I wouldn't think so. I think this is something they're reserving for their top of the line cameras. However, do give digicamcontrol.com a try. It might work for your model.

Yes, if you had a capture card, then any camera with HDMI output would work. This is for people who don't have capture cards. :)

@@ogegbenewisdom2449 Yes. With a capture card, any camera that has a HDMI out will work.

It should be mentioned that, In this way, you don't get the full quality of the video captured by the camera. To get the full quality you should use an HDMI capture card like Cam Link 4K from Elgato. Or if you don't want to stream online you can use an external recorder like Ninja Atmos Inferno recorder.

I think that's a given, considering you're using USB as your video signal. But it's great that it has become this easy to get much higher stream quality, without having to plop down extra cash for a capture card.

Not true, you should be using your HDMI output to capture the video through the camlink to get best result

Does the camera stop every 30 min. as it has 30 min.record limit?

It wouldn't, if you're recording it on the computer. You're basically using the camera as a viewing device, and all the recording/broadcasting is done on the computer.

The prompt pops up when you connect your camera to the computer. (Tether) is the second option, as shown in the video.
