You can buy this volt meter modul on amazon and on aliexpress.... For arround 1-2$ is very cheap.
Жүктеу.....

HI Tom - Thanks for the video. I have a question. Can I wire a DC analog volt meter that will allow me to go in reverse without the meter going backwards?

I think it's possible , but I dont 'know how . Try searching it on KZread or google .But....i have in idea . If you want to connect the volt meter on a motor or somthing like that , if you connect a full bridge rectifire on it with the ~~side to the motor than connect the red wire to the white wire and than to the + output of the full bridge rectifire and black goes to - after this you shoud read the voltage in + on the volt meter even if the motor is going backwards .

@@bobslagle6522 Sure. images.app.goo.gl/nnAmKuy5KEqtDbFS9 : it is made of 4 diodes. If the picture doesn't help , here's a video link : kzread.info/dash/bejne/mYVnvMaunNa8cso.html : you can use whatever diode you have . The capacitor value doesn't matter that much but i recomend : 47-100 μf and about 100 v ones.

So the black wire from the power source (3.7V rechargeable battery) goes to the LED meter and the negative Pole of the 1.5 volt battery? It's difficult to see all the wiring you demonstrated with. For this type of work I would use a breadboard, you can tin the end of the wires and they'll slide right in and out of a breadboard. Thanks for helping me learn how these three wire LED voltmeters work. I have 10 four digit, three wire units on the way right now...

I have a 58.8 battery. Can I connect both non black wires to pos and get a good reading? Or does the red wire have to have 3-30?

The meter can only measure up to 30v, so no you can't, but there are 100v versions of this meter and with that you can. Just make sure that it can be powered with 60v.

Well , i was connecting one of these moduls to some kind of power supply and i used u connect the white and the red wire together , by mistake i only connected the red and the module showed 0.00 V. ( Sorry for not replying quickly )

I'm making voltage divider for powering my bluetooth with 3.3v from arduino's 5v tx pin. How do you use this meter to measure it?
@electroideas3255

Connect the meter's ground wire to the arduino's ground pin , connect the v.meter's red wire to the arduino,s 5v pin, and connect the white wire to your voltage divider and it should work.

Hello, I have a question. Is the first battery 4.14V?

I would like to test an AA battery. Base on the information that you provided, what I understand is connect red wire to the 4.14V battery+ and black wire to the b-. Then connect white wire to AA+ and connect black wire to AA-, is it?

@KMHooi BG The first battery is 4.2v but slightly discharged.

Yes that is correct, red wire is supplying power for the meter, white wire measures voltage, black wire is connected to bouth batteries " - " terminal.
