I’m 60. I got my PPL last year. I’m use to analog gauges. A few days ago I flew a C172SP with a G1000. It was so intimidating! But I’m studying all I can to get use to it. Thx for the video 😃👍🏻

Let us know if you have any questions - we fly a variety of aircraft with the G1000/NXi. Our suggestion is to start simple - easy flight plans, remember the CLR button for a few seconds always takes you to the default map page. We are also fond of using the FPL button on the PFD to show the flight plan while flying. Just like the GNS 400/500 series - the right knob (outer) navigates to chapters (NAV, WPT etc.) and the inner know of pages/functions within each ‘chapter’ or major function.
