I have the icarpet brand new. But the spray ist not working. .!!! This is really frustrating.. I Don't know what to say.....
I LOVE this carpet cleaner. It’s so easy to clean compared to my previous carpet cleaners way easier to get to everything. I also love that it leaves my floors dryer!

Does this work on thick pile carpets?
Do you press the water trigger the whole time or can you release it and just scrub for a bit. Theres not alot of instruction how to use it the best way.

When you hold the trigger to spray... would you say that you hold it while going over an area once... twice... three times? I'm trying to figure out how much cleaning solution to use... more so get an idea of how people actually clean their carpet? No videos on this at all. I've never owned a carpet cleaner lol. Thanks otherwise for these videos!

I came here for the same info! I want to see how to deal with the spray! I need to know how to clean my entire room, not just spot clean. I read 2 capfuls of the cleaning solution.

@@onicoleo I'll have to check the manual on their website again... as the one that came with it seems to be a bit different... I liked the website manual on Tineco's site... I did realize I have an iCarpet NOT any of the other models so make sure any KZread reviews you look up say that and not CarpetOne, etc.... mistake I made.... wasted lots of time. Otherwise, I love this product.

Is water supose to leak out of the vacuum when I clean a spot? Like should it be on carpet at all times?

@@faithingodlady5750make sure the bottom part that covers the roller is secured correctly. Mine only leaked when it wasn’t.
