Lets get it, you need to download Demor (converts normal demos to replays) gamebanana.com/tools/6415 , Then find the demo where you got your highlight (mine was a trickstab) , its really difficult to find a demo as well because your gonna have way more demos stored in your files so i recommed using P-REC as well so when you get a highlight you can bind the P-REC (That captures the highlight) and then you will need to go to Killstreaks.txt in the 'common/Team fortress 2/tf' folder once you are there find the P-REC (in the Killstreaks.txt file) where you got your kill and it shows the date as well once the date of the P-REC is good search for the prec recorded demo in tf folder and find it . once you have found it open demor and select the demo you have chosen and save it. once you have saved it launch TF2 and go to replays and you should see your replay demo there, Then play it. now this is the hard part , once your in the replay the controls are going to be extremly weird and your not gonna control it very well at first , but , you will get used to it. press shift + F2 to bring up the demoui and then you need to have a tick for where you got your sick trickstab or something (thats why i recommend downloading prec so you dont have to sit through all match long), the ticks are in killstreaks.txt in tf/folder as i said once you have found you tick there copy and paste that into the demoui in TF2. then rewind a few seconds back if you want to record perfectly , go to free camera , go to demo ui and click drive (Note that this will make your class float in the air so it seems as if he's not recorded but he is , but not in the same place so u have to know where exactly you got the highlight, go there, inpoint and play , wait for how much the highlight is actually is in seconds (for example mine was at least 15 seconds yours could be any it doesnt matter) once you made your play like the demo or engie died or something like that outpoint the play you made and then click the rewind to inpoint button so it will take you to the inpoint and once you are there pause the replay and shift + f2 and disable drive from demoui , and then play and it should be clear and see your class (also sometimes it bugs out and the class appears buggy as hell so you might restart if that happens) if that worked you can save it and thats it :). I know this is complicated but ive done the best I could lol yeah probably should make a video but meh idk

Now, as a F2P I can spam this after every kill because as we all know Taunts = Skill

I’m loving this varietied content other than just what most people already know about TF2

rather large joey: an exclusive taunt known as the director's vision people who got the director's vision from a free items server: interesting

You can also convert your .dem files into replays. I usually play on casual servers with replays disabled, but I always have p-rec running. And when I want to record some funny-cool moment from another angle, I just convert demo file into a replay with ReplayImporter.exe and then play with the camera. It often works not as intended because my demo files are recorded only from my character's point, but usually that's enough and I have good clips

I currently play on the furry pound servers, the replays still work very well and consistently today. Even though I don’t use them in videos (yet) they are very fun to play with and learn how to do.
