Hi, if you want to engrave steel, silver those I guess Laserpecker 2 would be the best for you, others are either too big or too weak. This is a reliable company and they had successful campaign before :D

In the a beta video before I saw laser preview from the image on the destination material. In your video I only see a square, so the preview function is not included in actual version?

what about the laser cutting ability? that's one of their feature as well but i can't find any of your vids that demonstrate that particular function at all would you mind making one about that?

I need to engrave 5mm thick mild steel. It works?

Wow, a lot of great examples. What depth can you achieve when engraving wood? Obviously speed is a trade off to depth. I would like to have .5mm to .75mm of depth in maple. Is this possible?

Hi, the deepest for wood is 5mm. Yes, if you want deeper then slower :D Yes, it's possible to do that on maple :D

Hmm, that really depends on how complicate your picture or the resolution is and also the materiel you choose, but normally from my experience, from 7 seconds to 2 minutes :DDD

How to service these machines. When they get old. We know they built to last a good amount of long time. But someone I know brought up the topic that lasers like these cannot be service. And with laser machine or any kind of machine. They all need to service every once in a while. Especally if the laser stop working. @@SamiLuo Yes, i will try because I even can't find anything better with bigger budget. Lot of engravers have very little engrave area but this has that roller thing which moves on bigger surfaces, like skateboards :D I just saw another video when this LaserPecker 2 5w is not enough for stainless steel but I read in their Kickstarter that stainless steel needs coating. Maybe you know which coating? :D
