I've used similar products before. The point of doing that is to remove excess misty gas from the top filled for packaging purposes and so, the priming is needed only once per bottle usually for nasal spray. The answer is just the first time.

In other countries maybe it's reasonably priced, but here, it's rather expensive, sterimar is 12 euros here in romania, and it's 4.8% of the monthly average income. And I would consider it reasonably priced if it cured sinusitis on it's own, but it can't, one needs so much more, antibiotics, anti-histamine, mucus thinner, nasal steroid spray and so on. the most potent of the treatment is the antibiotics obviously, and it's actually cheaper than sterimar. I don't even think the price is justifiable, sterile water, "rock" dust and salt, It's just greedy business model in my opinion.

Thanks for caring, let me just say, from a business perspective, it would be more profitable for them to price it lower. If it was 50% the price I would buy it every month as soon as it gets empty, but because it's the price it is, I buy none, I have cheaper (not as convenient or efficient though) alternative, that is, I make it myself from a recipe I found on the net, boil water, add salt, soda etc. it's less convenient but ALLOT less expensive, the company loses money, and I can't be the only customer who chose this instead of their product, at least from Romania, we're not that rich.

***** Exactly right man, I just brought a 4 bucks digitizer from china, while the same product here is 20 bucks, it's like wtf, are you serious. Whoever is deciding these prices is really fucking greedy. But I don't give a fuck, I'm just gonna buy from china from now on.
