I work for a cleaning service as a side gig. Lots of bending and pushing/pulling a vacuum cleaner back and forth all day long. My mid and lower back was developing more problems/pain as I aged. I thought my working days were over until I got this brace... pretty damn amazing. Worth every penny!

This brace has been a GODSEND ❤️ TLDR is below. I have been dealing with a herniated disc between L4 and L5 since I was about 23 (I know, I know. My doctor told me I was too young to have back problems but here I am 🙃). I got one of these braces and it really does help. I've even slept in it many times, but usually no more than one night at a time, as needed, if the pain was still bothering me at the end of the day. Just like with sitting with "perfect posture" doing it for too long can get uncomfortable. But going from unbearable, crushing pain to either a very slight discomfort or no pain at all has been a game changer. Upgrading to a better mattress and investing in a gaming chair has helped a ton as well. I stand on tile floors all day at work and am not a lightweight (currently just under 220lbs). So, pairing the brace with a good pair of work boots with 3 sole inserts stacked inside them leaves me feeling just fine after a full 6-8 hour shift. I also try to move and walk around as much as possible throughout my workdays so that I don't stand in place for too long. Otherwise, standing in place will make me sink into my sole inserts which starts causing issues. Oh, and the removable pad in this brace basically massages the bad part of my back as I move which feels really nice 🤣 TLDR: I have a bad back. I can't recommend this brace enough. Buy one (or two). Your back will thank you. 🤘

Is the brace supposed to touch the top of the hip when putting it on or no sides of the brace will touch?

I've had mine for a couple of months . I wear it mostly at night . the problem i have is in the Sacariliac area . it helps .However the side straps in particular the right side the velcro wont stay attached with not allot of pressure . Are there any remedies
