Do you see others making the same mistake when wearing the brace?

Wow, several other channels either give very vague advice regarding placement on the back or even suggest placing part of the brace too low, over the pelvic bones. Also a PT tutorial from my own hospital spine surgery team demonstrates a lower placement. Your advice confirms what my own "brace guy" told me. Thank you!

thank you my brother I appreciate it because I started a new job in Las Vegas on the zipline where we have to pick up these heavy ass trolleys that go on the zip line to hold the Rider up ...this is a 10-hour shift for me picking up these trolleys and going up and down stairs.. so I need a back brace I need to know how to wear one ...after watching your Channe I'm convinced I have the proper knowledge now thank you so much

super informative, finding this video was like finding a needle in a haystack. all the videos before this were just "grab the brace, put it on your back, tighten straps, thanks for watching" like wtf anyone can figure that much out haha. Thanks for giving the important information

The brace I used is called “sleeq AP” back brace. It can be found in Amazon but I still recommend seeing an Orthotist to make sure it supports your back.

They definitely do work as I couldn’t walk without it. After a few days wearing it to work it was working wonders. But the last 2 days of the week it was causing pain. On the last day of the week I actually had to take it off n my back was feeling a lot better

This is so so help full, please create videos about various types of belt, by brand, by use and how to wear and buy them. Also common MISTAKES NOT TO DO while work and sleeping like lift weight, band in correctly….Ihad this common issues and turned out to bi/g issue because I didn’t even aware of it lol, so these videos can be very helpful

I have the aspin horizon back brace, if had it for a week now, my god I love it, it has 2 steel cable pulls that puts press that you need.

thank you for the bucket seat tip i have a lexus RC 350 and the seats are very fitting with a lumbar support - the brace is not comfortable and was thinking of driving without the brace, but i will ask the doctor that performed the kyphoplasty first
