im not sure i understand your question but if your referring to undo something you play because you mess up on a layer then no, thats why i mention its best to export the first layer then go back to looper, atleast then you still have your original sample

I think He’s asking if you can edit the sample without messing up the original sample…..You don’t edit samples in the looper. You’d have to export it to sample edit before getting surgical with the chops.

MPC s looper needs a better workflow. It’s really slow and not practical to use to make a beat. There’s too many steps. It needs a complete overhaul. Love the MPC still but that section and clips needs to be better

for a device with "Live" in the name it sure does have a bunch of really weird arbitrary limitations that make it almost impossible to use live

great video, what happens if you just run the mic directly into the mpc instead of using the zoom as an interface? (I have a zoom h6 also) are the pre-amps better?

Sadly it doesn’t have preamps so you can’t connect mic/electric guitar directly
