man this is sick. I'm learning Japanese right now I'm getting ready to start talking with people over text and was dreading having two keyboards.

@@sparklesparklesparkle6318 nope currently learning grammar and Kanji preparing for n5 test. I understand not wanting to engage with people. Seriously, I despise most interactions I have but I value the ability to communicate if I need to. Also, if I end up visiting Japan I'd hate to not have put in effort to learn the native language. It's a stigma I'd like to avoid.

Does this mean that the Japanese learn from a young age to write not only their own writing systems, but also the Roman one? I had this question for a long time, I think it has been answered.

I actually installs Japanese kana keyboard in my iPad, which looks functional! The first and second rows (in Japanese writing direction) are あいうえお then followed by かきくけこ.

I already know how to type in Japanese but I'm glad you're teaching us how to do so. My keyboard is actually a US so since there's no Hiragana characters on the keys, I'll have to use the Romaji input.

I can't believe it xD I was scared about the fact what would I do if I need to write in a japanese keyboard but now I'm more comfortable with the idea xD The bad fact it's that I already know how to type in the japanese phone keyboard which is a lot easier xD lmao

I hear a Japanese man speaking English but can't pronounce the L sound, R instead. "Arphabet" instead of "alphabet"

key to learn how to type in japanese: (joke btw) 1: get romaji keyboard. 2: learn how to spell japanese words in english. 3: start typing but on a serious note, you should learn how to spell on a katakana phone keyboard, as then you’ll be used to what sounds are commonly what sorry i’m tired idk what i’m saying 😅
