thank you for this. when i refilled the original containers there was lots of water in them & now 2 weeks later i checked them & the crystals were solid & i was thinking something was wrong

Mine is smaller than yours and the bottom has water in it. There are no directions on the container. Do I throw the crystals away and empty the water?

just bought one there was so many warnings on it i was almost afraid to use it lol
