I think any color can work. It's just the media you are filming can't be the same color as the color you are using to Chromakey. Green is just a really common color one uses

can we please have so you can select any color code?

@@clipchampcom I love having more variety in the zoom feature, and being able to move text, use any font, more filters, transitions, lining up the clips with audio by looking at the audio visualizer instead of editing the length of a clip to match up with the audio, and other things... its amazing!

This helped me a lot but I as a video maker using clip champ would be super happy so you don’t need to pay to add custom font because it’s 139 in my country and I will never get that so please make it so you can add custom font in the free version

Can't you just... make your own greenscreen?

Please add a wider variety of green screens. I don't want one with a weird man in them. I just want a full picture of green, and please stop making everything premium, you don't get any option for stock images or videos that aren't premium, making the entire feature useless for people who aren't allowed to get premium or people who need to save that money for more important things. Many edits in peoples' videos consist of visual effects. If you cant access those visual effects because already rich people want to plaster more paywalls over things, the entire point of Microsoft clipchamp is undermined.

We still have a great green screen feature. Head over the the filters tab, and click on green screen. You can also use blue and red.
