  I applied blur effects that looked excellent in the preview video. However, upon exporting, the video darkens the entire page and removes the blur at the point where I applied it, which differs from the preview.

  I know you’re not the sole owner of Clipchamp (even if you are). Your competition CapCut which is also free has options for camera shake and more. Us creators who use your platform need to make the best possible video for our viewers. I’ll give you 2 months max till I switch to a different video editor

  The logo I have with a transparent background will not let me adjust the time frame/length of its existence in the video. What gives? I only have fade in and Fade out options. Please help though!

  hmm this doesn't sound right? You should be able to drag the end handles left and right to adjust the length of the logo asset. Unless it is a video that is a certain length, and your video is longer?

  Why does Clipchamp add massive black bars when I import a non widescreen video, and why does it always add black bars when I download the video even after I try to crop them out?

  The video will need to fit the frame of the aspect ratio selected. Try zooming the asset in to remove the black bars! Let us know if this helps :)

  @@clipchampcom No they don't give an aspect ratio that I need. So either content will be cropped off or I'll have black bars somewhere. Such an idiotic oversight. The only major problem I've had so far with this program.

  Clipchamp is great for small quick projects but lacks alot of very basic features that something like Vegas has. Can see it being a massive headache trying to do any long form content on this
