Try Azelaic Acid morning and evening. That's it ;) If you do not see results or do not tolerate it well, I recommend asking a doctor to get medical treatment/help.

for my rosacea i use niacinamide and tretinoin, i find that both help a lot. for rosacea acne and eczema my derm gives me elidel or something related

Hi Melissa I used joeseon of beauty cleansing balm only if I wore spf that day but it kinda made my skin greasy even after washing it I applied it on dry skin and washed it off and it felt greasy for some reason idk why

Hi Melissa I'm choosing between this and the BOJ cleansing oil to add to my routine. I only use sunscreen and moisturizer. Which would be best for combination to oily skin and acne prone skin? In terms of the amount for each product, how many months can they last? Thanks!

I have both, but I prefer the balm over the oil. In general, I prefer balm cleansers over oils. I do not use them consistently, as I do not always use sunscreen and makeup, as I stay indoors most of the time. So, I cannot tell you exactly how long it would last when using it daily.

Hmm, that would be difficult since you'd need to dry the skin in between. However, technically, if you use the right amount for your face, it should effectively remove makeup and/or sunscreen without the need for an additional cleanser.

do we need to use a wash cloth for the oil cleanser? i do not wear any makeup but just sunscreen

No, you do not need to. However, I highly recommend it because it helps to properly take it off the skin.

For double cleanse you said it had to be water based? But I have very sensitive and dry skin, all cleansers dry out my skin. I bought a milk based cleanser (from Shiseido), is it okay to use that after this balm? Or must it be a water based cleanser?

Whenever I wear full-face makeup look, like in the video, I still prefer to keep it lightweight. So, in that sense, it takes it off pretty fast. However, I'm not sure about the exact time if you wear more makeup. Still, the balm cleanser breaks it down in a very gentle way.

Really? Out of all the Oil/Balm cleansers that I have tried so far, this is by far the best one - even without using a washcloth :) However, you may want to use a washcloth to properly take it off the skin.
