I think this rinses off very well, and I often don't use another cleanser afterward. Especially if you remove it in the shower, it works exceptionally well.

It depends on the type of sunscreen and/or makeup you've used. If it's a heavy mineral sunscreen or a waterproof, then you'll need to use a fair amount. However, if your sunscreen already washes off easily with water, or if you only wear a light makeup, then a bit less can also work.
i also have another question sorry! is the one from amazon safe to buy? my mom won’t let me buy it from the offical stores except amazon so i’m kind of worried that the cleansing balm from amazon isn’t the same or could be fake.

Hello, I was using softymo cleansing oil for a while now and I got cystic acne which I never had in my life. I checked my order history and that’s when I realized it started only after I started using this cleansing oil and double cleansing my skin. Do you think I should try beauty of joseon cleansing balm instead or should I just switch to Micellar water? I am 22 and I have never ever had acne my whole life. I am currently using prescription clindoxyl to get rid of my cystic acne. I need your advice

Well, that one contains many potentially pore-clogging ingredients, whereas the Beauty of Joseon Cleansing Balm does not. In fact, that balm, along with The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser, are the only ones so far that haven't caused any new acne for me and work exceptionally well. But the question is: do you need to double cleanse?

@@MelissaVanDijkOfficial I wear makeup sometimes like 2-3 days a week, so I thought I need a double cleanse. If not do you have a better way to remove makeup?

@@parneetkaur2390Do you use just a bit of makeup, or do you wear a full face of makeup? If you only wear a bit and it's not waterproof, use your regular water-based cleanser, and/or use reusable makeup washcloths, as I demonstrated in the video. However, if you wear a lot of makeup or if it's waterproof, I recommend using a balm cleanser.

@@MinhPhan-em5ms The order of application looks good. However, what's your skin type? If it's not dry, I recommend using a foaming or gel-to-foam cleanser instead.

I recommend not applying it to wet skin; when doing so, I find that it doesn't work properly. Instead, just before heading into the shower, apply the balm cleanser to dry skin and then rinse it off in the shower :)
