the kids chasing sand fleas so reminded me of my boys back in 92 in Panama city, they also chased those night time sideways running crabs .....they're both middle aged men and will forever be my little beach boys on vacation.....sure do miss a florida beach...time to go back....

Those cruising fish that look like sharks might be cobia. They are very similar looking in the water and that area gets big ones if I'm not mistaken. Cobia are great fighters and they're awesome on the grill.

FishWoodworkT1D Any chance of you making a KZread video about the Bait Boat you made? A short walk around at the minimum. A more detailed video describing the parts you used with the positive and negative reasons for selecting and building would be awesome. Making my own Bait Boat is on my bucket list. I have wondered if adding an Arduino and/or a Raspberry PI might allow for many more options and functions.

3 minutes of the video.. The creatures are very delicious. Very expensive in Taiwan.. Deep-fried cooking. Salt and pepper.. Served with beer.. Super enjoyment.. How to catch them: a wooden stick: a small net (10 inches X 10 inches) Tied a piece of fish meat in the middle.. The four corners are tied with rope.. Connect the wooden stick (plug in the beach wave foot) Patrol every 15 minutes... and then change location...

Hey cool video. I run an aquacat here in Texas. Clive is the man. Nice looking beach but thats crazy you cant drive on the beach or camp and have to navigate around all of those tourists. I imagine you get used to it, I wouldn't :)

@@keep1treal61 It saves trips thats for sure. It doesn't replace a kayak by any means, its just another option. We will kayak baits during the day and use the aquacat to send baits out again at night after catching a shark instead of kayaking at night. It doesn't work if you run floats obviously but it definitely helps for fishing under certain conditions. I am glad we have it at our disposal 100%

There are only a handful of days u can go here in texas. I stay locked down guiding inshore. Makes it tough. Florida we could go 4-5 days a week. Here 5-6 days a year. Hard.

It has a claw on the back. The claw grabs the fish or leader. Then with a button push it releases.
