I used to do the same and apply spf, as live by the beach too, and used to think this way. But now I trust Anthony Williams teachings and understand how many toxic chemicals are in these spf products...Now I choose to cover up and use a beach umbrella💛

Hi Thanks for watching. I’ve been covering up as well. I have learned to really try to use sunblock because I’m receiving laser treatments on my skin and it does tend to get very sensitive to the sun. I’m glad you’re taking care of your skin it’s so important. I’ve never heard of Anthony Williams but I’ll look into it.

Yes, do look into him as he really knows the truth about health as since a child has been taught by an Angel. I follow his protocol and have found everything he says works. And am finally recovering my health....Yes it’s important to look after your skin. But it’s also important to know that all the chemicals we ingest, breathe in and put on our skin end up in the Liver, and an overburdened liver affects our overall health including our skin and how well we age...It’s worth understanding how to look after your Liver. If you feel to, read his book Liver Rescue. I think there are sunscreens out there that are more natural, my friend uses Jason’s. Stay well 💕

I use many creams in the morning, including moisturizer. The sunscreen should be the last step on my skin care routine?

Sheila Concepcion Hi I use a lot of skincare products as well and my last step is the sunscreen and then I wait around 5 to 15 minutes before I start my makeup routine. Thanks so much for watching!
