How to Use a Needle Tool for Quilling | Paper Quilling for Beginners

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I breakdown the exact technique to using a needle tool for both simple quilling paper coils and more advanced shapes.
Some of the tools I used in this video:
📍Needle Quilling Tool (similar): quilling.com/products/tapered...
📍Double-Sided Quilling Tool: amzn.to/3Hj8op1 (affiliate)
📍Unfortunately, I can't find a listing for the spiral tool anywhere so I don't have a link to that at this time. But I'll keep looking! In the meantime, you can make spirals with a needle tool 🙂

Thank you! I have the hardest time getting the paper started. It just rolls over itself instead of around the needle.

I’ve been practicing swirls and hearts. Thanks for going over using the needle tool because I have had a hard time rolling with it. It really helped knowing that you are using your hand to roll instead of the tool. I’m going to practice now. Thanks!

I inherited a bunch of knitting needles from a friend. Some of them are size 0000. (I think they're good for making socks, but I'm not a knitter.) They are the same diameter as my needle tool, so perhaps that would make a good substitute for someone wanting to make the spirals.
