Thanks. I never had one of these before and it came without a plug remover. And when I tried to pull out the plug it was hard to get out but I was worried that I would use too much force and wreck the ball. Now I see what you did with the key and know that I have figure out something similar. Very useful video.

Yeah my plug never has that much room to get underneath it. I wish it were that easy!

Small curved needle nose pliers work even better to remove the plug.

Lost the plug. What can substitute the original plug? Thanks
