You don't buy it actually, you get it with ur laptop If u don't have it then go to your local pc shop

In my opinion Asus is slightly better in terms of display, looks, and performance (as it has 3200maz RAM) ... You can go for Asus ..(choice is yours)

I have X515EA, but the cover won't come off. I removed ten screws but It doesn't even want to open. Any tip? Are there little plastic locks also in between the two hinges?

@@BiswajyotiDIY There are centre clips - just prise from the front and don't be scared, you wont bend the cover, it will just unclip. Make sure the front and side edges are loose first.

Slide a thin plastic pry tool or even a guitar pick or something similar in between the plastic back and the laptop frame , carefully, moving it around the perimeter popping the locks one by one

This is exactly what I need but my laptop did not come with that kit. I hope I can order it.

I didn't receive that asus hard disk kit mfers forgot to add it fr, should I buy it online or simply go to my local computer shop with my laptop and ssd so they can do it for me (which is actually recommended to my by a friend)

There is no CMOS battery in this unit..the main battery acts as a CMOS battery...

You need to repartition the new ssd from the device manager .

Will changing ram effect the warranty

No... if you change the ram without any physical damage then it will not effect warranty...(asus also provides Self repair guide on it's official website...just follow it )Thanks for watching ..plz subscribe my channel for more videos...
