im using a geforce rtx 3060 ventus 3x i just got, Geforce Experience says its just a RTX 3060 im not sure it matters when its a 3000 series, i can enable VSR and i added chorme to programs that use my gpu but im not noticing anything when i toggle it on any setting or video resolution. any idea what that might be about? im using a 1080p monitor and i know this stuff was ment for 4k but im still able to see visual examples on youtube videos so i was under the impression itd still sharpen edges or somthing

I am not able to get it to work. I have a 3080 everything is up to date, super resolution is enabled and set to quality 4. I can not see any difference no matter what video I watch or at what resolution my gpu usage also stays the same with the setting enabled. Any idea of why it is not working?

If you have previous drivers from a old graphics card or cpu, it’s best to remove those with ddu or sum like that or you can reset your pc and reinstall everything for best quality performance, work for me, not sure if it work for you but it won’t hurt giving it a try💪🏼💯

don't have Video Setting. My Nvidia control panel has 3D Settings only, how do I add the other 2 (display and video)?

is this only for when u've connected to a monitor?, coz my laptop doesn't do anything with this, after I exit the app, it turns itself off, even if it didn't do anything when I turned it on😢

Hello, I have a question. What if I don't have an option where it says "RTX Video Enhancement"? My gpu is RTX 4070ti though. I have low quality monitor, does having low quality type of monitor have an impact?

according to nvidia faq only thing that matters is display resolution must be higher than video. So if you have 720p you can only enhance 480p videos (upscale to 720p). If you have 1080p, you can upscale 720p.

Yeah cool but how to use it after turning it on... When i watcha video it looks the same and status is inactive 🤷🏻‍♂ useless feature

I activated it here and tested it, I can't observe any noticeable changes...

Try DSR, it's some real change! It's rendering higher resolution than your display native. But scaling has to be adjusted to maintain font sizes from getting too small.

@@IrrationalDelusion This and DSR are quite different. DSR is meant for downscaling, and this one is a AI upscaler. I believe DSR is meant mostly for games.

What do you do if this box is not there and your drivers are updated?

No, As far as I know it is only 30 & 40 series cards.

@@NorthernVikingEveryday There's no "super resolution" in this place but in "Manage 3D settings" there are DSR factors that can be enabled and then resolution of display has to be changed to Dynamic Super Resolution in "Change Resolution" tab. It will change whole Windows experience. Confusing that they made 2 separate settings with little explanation.

Oh its just the last time i checked it wasn’t there because there were only two options graphics settings and PhysX but when i checked again after this comment a new tab appeared video and the only thing you could change was VSR so thank you for telling me

I unfortunately don’t know it wasn’t there it appeared one day in control panel and after i turned it on my poor 3060 was lagging not really on fps but on latency it was quite bad almost a second before it actually full screened my laptop is Asus ROG Strix G713QM CPU:Ryzen 9 5900HX with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop driver is 531.18 Game Ready Driver i’m gonna install 531.29 now so if this helps here
