found out why. I have DLDSR enabled to downscale Desktop resolution from 4k on my 1440p screen. I have to RMA my 3080 because of some fan issues so I reverted my desktop resolution to native 1440p before swapping to my old 970 until I get my card back. then it worked on my 3080.

@@janvertonghen14 I have an RTX 3050TI laptop and it works, the difference isn't as significant as you'd be led to believe though. A 480p video upscaled to 1080p isn't going to make text as readable as native 1080p but it's better than without. Try recording a video with it off and with it on and you should see a slight change

@@janvertonghen14 it works, try to go to graphics settings and change chrome or edge to high performance, it gives 30-40% gpu usage, I also encountered the same problem as you so I did that and it worked

I tried it with some video with 720p since it won't work on the same resolution as my monitor, sometimes if the video is 60 fps, my gpu literally goes 99% and uses all its TDP on 4 lol

I dont see any lighting or cool effects i dont see anything what do i do?

I have messed with this a lot and have come to the conclusion that it doesn't actually work. Doesn't make a difference in high-res content, makes low-res content look like an oil painting.

My control pannel is not showing the RTX video enchancement option... what do i do?

It will be upscaling videos as well right ? not just games

I don't have video settings.

I don't see the screens or the RTX option when i go to Adjst Video Image Settings.

make sure your connecting your monitor to the GPU and not the motherboard. I also wasn't seeing it and that was why.

If you have the recent updates for Chrome and edge, it will upscale low quality KZread videos into a higher quality. It's a really cool feature.

I have the latest drivers and updated chrome/edge. However in the Nvidia control panel the display options and super resolution are not appearing. Is there something separate needed to update the Control panel?
