    1) Become aware what you are attracting. 2) You are no longer available for that experience ❤ 3) Gather knowledge on why this is happening. 4) Start applying what you have learned into your actual life.

I wrote in my gratitude journal today an affirmation that I am exactly where I’m supposed to be( use this affirmation to feel safe as I sometimes feel fight or flight from being behind or not in the right stage) then when you said on this video that no time was lost and we are actually jumping time I felt it in my soul. Thank you to God and you affirming that

Thank you for this video ! A great reminder that going through something hard will lead to something better. I recently decided to end certain friendships and extremely sad these people won't be part of the biggest event of my life. ..My wedding! I had to create boundaries and no longer accept mediocre relationships. Its hard now but I know its for the best ❤❤

Hi Alexis!! Thanks so much for this video. The segment about the bathroom wasn't too much and in fact, it helped me realize that the reason I couldn't go to the restroom was due to trauma too!!! I had SUCH a hard time using the restroom in public or on trips, I could never go even though my stomach was suffering. But since doing the healing work, I've been able to go in public LOL!

Hi Alexis! Thanks for another amazing video! ❤ so much love for you for making this wholesome channel. May I ask if you could talk about the approach that you use to balance out your masculine and feminine energy during work/studies when activities within these fields are predominantly filled with ‘doing’ energy (catching up deadline, being structured and efficient etc.). In particular, I found it hard to balance the two energies when I am doing tasks are genuinely out of my scope of interest, and I’d automatically tune into my masculine as I just want to get things done. May I ask if you got any advices for this? Thanks xx

I think I have an anxious ditachement style, if there is such a thing, I am able to initiate friendships but when people return the love and attention I feel like running away 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️and start being kinda awkward, any idea how to get over this. 🤔🤭👀🤷‍♀️

Hi Alexis! Thank you for another amazing video 🤍 these topics always seem to come at the perfect time ✨ I’m so looking forward to the upcoming video with your brother! These are some questions that came to mind: - What does a man in his divine/healthy masculine look for in a woman? - Would a healed man in his divine masculine want to be in a relationship with someone who’s still healing? - How/where to find healthy masculine men?

Guys, do you ever struggle with that feeling or the voice in your head that tells you that you're too old for something ? Like I'm trying to get over my personal disorder in some way (therapy, YT coaching etc) and sometimes when I think that I finally found my personal style of dressing the voice says I'm too old for it, and that people will tell me this and that, etc. and I'm happy I've found something I truly like but I don't know what to do about the feeling of being "too old" for something. And I know that maybe it is a bit "too childish" (not literally kids clothes, but I don't really see any girls my age dressing with many colours, wearing hair pins etc) but also it makes me happy to dress that way. Any advices on how to stop this voice telling me to "act my age" (28) or that my face stops looking "young enough" for a certain style ?I'd love some advices or a video about it or anything that mentions this case 🙏🏻🥹

Hi Alexis, In regards to the anxiety of feeling sexy as a Christian I do get that too. I get worried if I am making someone lust over me through being confident in my looks etc. You mentioned God wants us to channel the energy into something that creates beauty, as well as God creating us like this. May you please where it is mentioned in the Bible? That will be so helpful. Thank you
