    Oof that level 2 was is different didnt even think of doing resistance band PROTRACTION pressups your too advanced with your variations 🙌🏻

    I got 10 seconds in 1.5 weeks with only holding my max (like 1 second) and also my like 4 second max with band. I did a few planche leans too.

    Is it okay if i can do level 10 And i can muscle up, L sit, V sit, hand stand? But i don’t owkrout insanely but i’m an active person

    cuz its not strong enough, planche is a lot of pressure on the arms/wrist

    Level 6 is easier, as the resistance band aids the body's further development of the tuck, rely little on the band to eventually lift your feet off the ground, start with a tight band and gradually progress to a lighter band. While level 8 focuses on posterior pelvic tilt ( contracting the abs and gluts shoulders protracted) it's harder than it looks, this should inhance your form capabilities.     Because If you do Dynamic planche lean forward and Backward then its hurts to much for forearms more than just planche lean hold.

    Trust me if you can’t tuck planche trying this many different progressions is a waste of time, good to know but to anyone tryna follow this unless you have 0 strength then you will get this with lean presses, banded holds and scap push ups

    Pick 1 or two of these progressions at your current level and drill them. Don’t do them al it’s not a full workout
