How to trim the length of fabric covered vertical vinyl blinds. Works for plain vinyl blinds too. If you don't have a square you can use another blind or something square like a picture frame. Scissors may work for plain vinyl blinds but you'll need tin snips for fabric covered vinyl blinds because of the reinforced edgtes.
