You should do whatever will bring you the most enjoyment. It sounds like you really want it upstairs, and if that is what you want then do it. We get into the fish hobby because we love fish and get so much relaxation from just watching them swim and do whatever fish do. But if you get to the point where you are not happy, then we forget about the joy of it, and it just becomes a big chore. And eventually we forget why we started it all in the first place. So do whatever will bring you joy. Make a pro and con list and use that to help you decide. Oh, and if you really don't want to get rid of your angels, then don't do it. I had mine for about 4 yrs. They were the size of a saucer. Long story short...... I felt like I didn't have a choice and I let them go to a friend of my husband and there's not been a day that I haven't regretted it and wanted them back. They were definitely my "wet pets". They would come up to the surface and have me pet them. WOW. I didn't realize what I gave up until it was to late. Well good luck and have fun.

That's what I'm thinking and it can be a chore sometimes but I enjoy everybit of the hobby. And I agree I do it everytime and it's the reason I have so many because I get attached to all the fish I get! Lol

Like that tinting on the back of the 33 L. Looks great. And I definitely would move the 40 gal inhabitants into the 33. The rummy nose school swimming around in the long tank would be wonderful.

Yeah thats what I usually do but this way was easier in this circumstance and less messy

pretty sure the tint guy cut into the left corner tint at 5:50... it's a trip sometimes even when you try to be careful shit like that happens... just proves even the pros have issues... we all have room to improve... I think more aquariums should run a black background, or at least an opaque one, it keeps the fish as the focus of the tank... those fake underwater posters people slap on their tanks are kinda corny..
