The manual says to tighten the adjuster nuts after adjusting... how the heck are we supposed to do that without altering the chain adjustment? And maybe I read it wrong, but it seemed like the manual says to only loosen the axel nut on the muffler side.

Are you planning on putting a turbo on your 250? I’ve been researching everywhere and couldn’t find how to properly do it.

I haven't planned on it. I am sure you would have to do some customization, and I can't weld at all. These bikes are so underpowered already, I can only imagine the motor blowing up shortly after the installation.

so i recently installed a new chain on my gsx250r and im having some weird noises going on when i go over 15 its kind of like a whine ive tried readjusting the chain and everything and cant seem to find the issue do you have any advice about what it might be. could i still be off on my adjustment?

How much slack inches wise do you have in the chain right now?

A lot of times this is caused by either a chain being too tight or too loose or you adjusted one side more than the other putting added stress on the chain and the sprocket. The most common reason is there's a huge difference between X-Ring and o-ring driven chains depending on the style of chain that you bought and purchased will also have a lot to do with the noise that the chain makes
