I used the over and under lacing scheme. This helps more to keep skates tight
my feet feels numb after 15min ish. size should be right by pro shop. what can be the problem? too tight laces?

Where does it feel like the circulation gets cut off? You can try skipping the second from the top eyelet (lace hole) to release tightness by the ankle.
