My aerial silk arrives tomorrow and i plan to have an attachment inside and outside, this video halos so much bc now i won’t have to untie it every time, just undo the carabiner and move it!

Is it better to tie the hammock on the carabiner or the figure 8?

Depends on your need. For Yoga Carabiner is usually sufficient. For dance it is dangerous in the long run because the weight is directly wrapped around the gate, it might create an opening which must be replaced.
