I'm Eunice, your aerial bestie 🙃
Welcome to Aerial Practice where I share tips & tricks for Aerial Dance! My favorite apparatus are the aerial sling and aerial hoop, but I also explore aerial silks, straps, and rope.

your stole the show lol
I just found you today! I absolutely 💕 Love your videos.. Do you say somewhere how tall your ceilings are? I am trying to figure out what I can do with my celebration ng height...it is only 7 1/2 ft. Thanks!!
I do. On instagram! in brief i can tell you it's 2.7m high, not that high
@@aerialpractice thank you! Yeah. It's a bit taller than mine!
Awesoomee!!!

She might be the worst teacher ever…
wow!
So talented how do you do it😮
Thank you! I share all my routines on my channel here from the beginning. Check them out!
this is so cool but ik i could never handle this bc of my motion sickness loll
I used to get sick even being on a cruise ship. It took time but it's possible to build a tolerant to it, same as drinking tbh!
@@aerialpractice oh wow! I try to build a tolerance for it but even sometimes swimming makes me feel motion sick
I did splits stretches everyday for an hour for 3 months, turns out that was too much 😅 think I strained my hamstring and had to do physio. ~3 times/week guys don't strain your muscles like me 🥺🥲
Yes! Rest is super important. cant rush into it. I made the same mistake before and now every solid rest actually helps me progress more than pushing
Thank you! My daughter is a beginner aerialist and I’ve been looking for a workout they can do! Love your videos
That's amazing that she finds it helpful! Then maybe she will like this one too?kzread.info/dash/bejne/lGGlzpusqJm3gdI.htmlsi=F1rEWlETQR8Z4uYr
How is that beginner
For silks, you do need to have some basic like invert and climbing before you can even take a beginner class. This is why this video opens up with a prerequisite.
@@aerialpractice ok sorry if I sounded rude I just got frustrated
When I took lessons at a studio, it was hard to learn because the instructor showed poses & transitions, not distinguishing between them. When a move has a name, it gives it a point of reference and helps define, if u are not a purely visual learner. Thank you for that endeavor!!
I had the same! It's hard to follow and remember so I started making videos to remind myself what I learned. I am glad you find it helpful too.
Thank you! Just what I needed today :)
Yes i just did it too!
hello where is the best place i could buy the stuff for the aerial hoop and the aerial hoop itself?!
Depends what you are looking for. if you are just starting and don;t have a specific request on your equipment, you can find links on my shop with discount code =) aerialpractice.com/shop/
I do these Exercises with you dude🧡 thanks about this🫶🏼
Love it
Great 😊
Thanks 😊
Your strength & control is amazing.👍🏾
Thank you so much 🤗
I can't wait to try this, thank you so much for making a true beginners back bend series. I have decent flexibility in many areas, even good in some but back bends are beyond me. I almost think it started as a fear thing because of a weird diving accident where my feat somehow came up behind me and whacked me in the head superhard and crushed me to the bottom of the pool. How does that even happen? ! I think I automatically tense up when I try to bend back and fight against myself so I want to just really thoroughly understand the basics and take it gradually.
I was the same! Back has always been my biggest weaknesses! If you are too, maybe worth trying this new routine I just posted. My intention on how I use my upper back and mid back massively changed my back flexibility. Hope you'll find your progress soon too! kzread.info/dash/bejne/lGGlzpusqJm3gdI.htmlsi=ywI724vHhK24Q2M4
@@aerialpractice Thanks!
What is the ladder called? Do you have an amazon store front? You should, can earn commission from adding stuff you use for other people to find
My wall rack? it's from fitwood. I have a shop on my site but this rack isn't there since not a lot of people ask for it.
💖😻
How do you like this routine?
That was very well led and explained! Exactly what I needed today, thanks
Amazing!!! I am still doing these exercises everyday. Let's get flexible together =)
Looking forward to try it tomorrow morning! Very pretty 😍
Hope you like it!
I’m wondering if I can hang it up on my ceiling. We have wooden ceiling so I don’t know if that will work. Please let me know what I need lol ❤❤
It could work if you have a professional to look at your structure and designed an optimal solution for you. Unfortunately with wood it's not as straight forward, but that's why people consider free standing rigs!
I take Ariel classes so this is gonna help me a lot
Yesss! Keep going and you'll surprise yourself what you can do!
Beautiful Eunice! 😻
The magic that you’re looking for is in the work that you’re avoiding… advice for my entire life honestly
It's a game changing mindset =)
Beautiful flow~
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for posting again! I've moved and haven't set my hammock up yet, but this reminds me to get back to it!
I am reminding myself too hahah have been busy traveling and not so much practicing
Beautiful ⭐
Thank you! Lisaaaa
Gorgeous! More videos like this please. Love to see you move & flow ✨
ummm any specifics you want to see next?
Wow. That was amazing!!! I had to pause my own practice after having a baby but this makes me want to get back on my silks 🥲
You can do it!
It's so exciting! This looks smoother than ever!
Thanks! I almost didnt post it thinking it could be so much smoother hahah but i decided i have to accept my progress so let's post it and keep practicing so i can post again!
(*^▽^*) ♡♥︎♡♥︎
💖😻👏
Can you tell me why I get SO nauseous in this class?
with spinning you mean?
Day two of doing this and this feels GOOD
Yess! but remember to give yourself good rest period too (maybe 1 day or a few days depends on how your body feels)
Cool thing! Thank you🙏
I have 4 5 inches
Omg thank you Eunice! I needed this
I love how easy it is to follow your videos❣️. Do you have a video on how to move your hands in a pose elegantly by chance?
you can watch ballerina hands videos 🩰🤍
i can include some tips in the upcoming videos =)
Can you tell me which silk is best and what hooks
i have more info on my site: aerialpractice.com/shop/
Thankyou!
This is a great video!! I love your warm up and the different versions you share!
What kind of support does you rigging have? I want to hang from my ceiling but I’m afraid it isn’t made for it.
I searched for a concrete home so I can use the solution I am used to for concrete and steel. If your ceiling isn't optimal for aerial, I have included some options here: aerialpractice.com/articles/aerial-products/rigaerialindoor/
Hello, I wanna ask can u able to get full middle splits now?or still have a gap between you and the ground like this video ?
