I'd really like to see a video that thoroughly discusses finding your correct draw length when its not a half inch or an even full inch increment. Please include: how to readjust peep rotation, how many twists is too many in a bow string, any cable adjustments needed. Looking forward to seeing this one. Thanks for your channel.

Hi Josh, Your videos are the best!! As a beginner I learned how to tie the D-Loop, but I was never sure where to tie it on the string. Yours is the first video I have ever found on not just tying the D-Loop, but showing exactly where to tie it on the string!! Every step very well shown and explained. You are very much appreciated Josh! Thank You!!

man, when I first started doing my own work, it took me literally 5 mins to tie my first loop, and that's after looking at vids and pics for 30 mins lol, and I STILL had to go back haflway through lol. Now it's about 3 mins tops including precutting the the length of d loop material (and 4 1/2" is my pre cut length, makes the loops about 5/8" long...perfect!

Hey Josh, thank you for all the great content you have been putting out lately. When tying a D-loop does it matter which side the ball is on (beyond them being on opposing sides)? As in, if I am shooting a left handed bow does the ball on the top knot need to be facing the rest, riser, or does it not matter?

I have a question? Is there a difference in D loop string material you use depending on the kind of release being used? For example in the video it states using 4 1/2” of D loop string, if you use a thumb release on that size of finished D loop do you find it torques the string at full draw when you rotate your thumb down at your anchor point?

What about knots opposite of what you just demonstrated for left handed shooters? what about a longer loop length for us hinge shooters, longer loops prevent torque as well, but not obnoxiously long, also let’s you position your hand placement a little better depending on what style release you are shooting as well. As far as burning loop ends you never want to catch them on fire, it weakens the ball. This will become brittle and break overtime, you want to put heat to it lightly and create your ball. 👍🏼🇺🇸
