me and my best friend, we're both males, and we do things like,only us things...he knows i am gay and he is straight. to the extend his girlfriend would be genuinely jealous of me.. of how he would speak of me in their conversations, when im not even there, often remembering the little things only i would do among our cicles of friends 1.we cuddle a lot, for 3 sems it has been, bcus we're roomies. but smtimes we sleep separately in our own compartments, cus yk smtimes, we need space. 2. we share our life experiences, things we enjoy and dont, as well as some secrets his loved ones dont know. 3. we check up on each other a lot. smtimes im moody back from class, and smtimes him. we are there for each other. for a while, i had to deal with a stalker once, an actual creepy one, and my bestie volunteered to step in to be my protector. walked to class with me, hit the showers with me (walked only), lulled me to sleep when fear literally deprived me of sleep. he was there most of the time when he can to be with me. 4. he goes out of his way, that is being straight, to find me my kind of gay contents; tiktoks mostly, lay next to me, show them to me, and purely to enjoy my reactions to them, which drive me crazy usually. he is happy as well to give me compliments such as "ur smart/ hard-working/ cute" but heres ones that rlly hit me different "it must be a real fun to have a bottom like you" and i instantly went silent 5. we communicate well thru our differences, but needing me to initiate the talk bcus hes "not good at words" as stated by him. 6. he makes inside jokes, that only i would understand, when hanging out with our other friends, and look at me until i get the pun. often as well, few of our friends catch him staring at me, but i dont, bcs obvly i wasn looking in his direction. 7. he choose lots of things, that consists of me in it, like playing badminton with me bcs i need training for tournaments instead of studying for a test hes having the next day. go where i go and not where his cliques go. 8. and lastly, we make plans of having degree together, same uni ofc, he himself considering to change courses, so that we go to the same institution and get to see each other. 9. he DEFINITELY gets jealous, mad when i go for other guys hands and hugs and not from him, but he will never offer to me his hands or whteva like dude urghh they (our other guy friends) happily flood me with physicals but why not you my mannnnnn now, the thing is, i do have feelings for him, and see him as my potential couple. but hey hes straight, AND HAVE A GIRLFRIEND so lets just head back to the closet and rot in there shall we?

How you get him is how you will have to keep him. This person I think like some men who experience with other men are simply horny. I was planning on writing a whole story but I could stop myself in time. He confessed his feelings for me, literally, but it didn't go smoothly and it just... blurted out due to a small, stupid, ridiculous event. The days after were kinda awkward, but we remained close friends. Although what had happened kept on hanging in the air. I needed some time, days, to let it sink in and think about my feelings for him. The thing is; whenever I meet a guy, I don't ever expect it to turn into something more than friends. I accepted the fact no one could fall in love with me, so when someone who has literally called you their best friend suddenly says he's never felt this way about anyone before... I was shocked and completely dumbfounded, like, pretty similar to that one emoji with the big round eyes. After that he said that no matter what would happen between us we would always remain friends and later that we should just see what would happen. And now due quarantine, I won't see him until idk when and he's not a texter so his messages are always short, but he answers basically within a minute most of the time since he's always on his phone. And he's always ready to help me even if I say I don't need it and I think his feelings will be gone by the time I see him again and I don't want that to happen because yeah let's say I've turned soft or something :(

Oh my gosh. What is quarantine doing to people? Exactly the same scenario. A guy, we actually knew each other before but we weren't that close, confessed just days before the quarantine started and since then we were talking on the phone rather than in person. I'm not quite sure if he's sincere or not since we did not have that much time to talk personally. Though he said that after quarantine we would hang out and he would treat me. Still got this wall and still hasn't let my guard down. I would expect that after quarantine he would take back his feelings. Though he's a decent guy, just got this mindset that people would not love me enough and no one would ever lol harsh but it is better than expecting that people likes you and loves you.

I’m sooo glad to be in the neighbor zone! I am not interested in this guy and. It just because he lives with his girlfriend. So, when he told me he’d go crazy, if he saw me kissing another some guy, I was like, “WTH? Ewww!”😝

One of my male friends told me they like me, it's super awkward since I don't feel the same. Sometimes I feel like he's flirting, whilst other times he treats me like a close friend. When we hang out at school it's mainly just with our friends and he barely talks to me around them (in fact he hardly talks that much around his friends) we sometimes hang out just us together and we talk a lot and he sometimes even flirts. He told me he likes me, but never said why or what he was looking for. Either he is confused of how he feels, scared of ruining our friendship, or he is just to scared to tell his friends or show them that he likes me. (I seriously don't know anymore)

I have this problem with my friend/coworker. He has said that he likes someone else, but that was the middle of last year. Clear signs: -He likes to tease me (A LOT) -He calls me for no real reason (I mean, it typically starts off work related, but it's stuff he could ask anybody else, then goes on to talk about random stuff) -He's willing to help me with literally anything, work or not -He tends to get jealous of another coworker and always asks what me and the other coworker talk about or do -We are both comfortable opening up to each other, can tell each other personal stuff... etc. -He wanted us to work together for a production, even though my supervisor already said we couldn't. My coworker actually went and told our boss why we should be working together. In doing so, the boss secured my original spot away from my coworker :/ -another coworker has said he could see us on cute little dates Not so clear signs: -yes, he texts me for no reason, but it's like, he could text me every single day for a week, then I don't hear from him until we work together again. I find he does this when him and I will not be working for awhile, and he knows I'll be with another guy. -We will be talking to each other, then all of a sudden he will walk away. No warning! Just gets up and walks away. -Sometimes he flirts, sometimes he doesn't -He doesn't always remember things about me -He makes remarks about how other women are beautiful -I've complimented him about his appearance (it was a holiday, and I said it in a friendly way) and he didn't even look at me or say anything back. -He doesn't mind giving me advice about other guys -No serious physical touching, except for hair twirling (but only a couple of times). He will occasionally hit my arm, but that's to get my attention. Him and I have a really good relationship where we can say or ask each other anything. We have had arguments/disagreements before, but we always talk and work it out. I just don't know how to bring this up or if I even should.

It’s amazing how much all of these ten situations describe my crush. Our situation is pretty much complicated… we both come from the same country, but live in a foreign one. He says (sometimes may I add) that I’m his only friend here. There this guy that caught my attention. In 9th grade, he is curious about me like "can I see what your feet look like (I know creepy😂)"; "what does your mother look like"; "What do you look like when you cry" and so on. He stares at me deeply and pinch my cheeks suddenly. Sometimes he drags me somewhere suddenly and demands for me to follow. But then at the end of the year he became distant towards me he ignores me and can be seen with another girls ( he never dated them). I don't know I think its because he saw me with my crush(that time 😂 i know...) taking picture in an event. In 10th grade, when the school starts he always sticks with me like if there is a homework, he goes to me. When he has nothing to do he goes to me. He just go near me to tease me. When the time we seated close(not that we are seatmates, just close) he stares at me when I am busy with something and when I caught him he still stares at me i said stop what the and he'll be like: "whats the problem of staring?". He is curious with my crush like when we play game kinda truth or dare he asked who is my crush. And asked me again if that same topic was mentioned. He teases me with the guy who confessed to me like often. And he always sneaked out my cellphone(idk how he got the password) and goes to my messenger and asked who is this dude? My friend caught his friend teasing him because me. When my friend teases me because of him and he notices it he'll just ignores it but continue teasing me after that .And being attention seeker for me, also some guys tell me we are a thing (even though we are not). Then again in the end of the year he is still close to me but he's like super caring /supportive and then very rude. Also there is a girl that has a crush on him and they started texting each other(idk, if they still) This guy is driving me nuts like does he has a feelings for me or idk just a jerk?

10/10 He does all of this. What should I do? I like him and I want to tell him but I'm afraid our friendship will be ruined..He's my close friend- seem like best friend but there is always something awkward between us :/

Advice from a man here: tell him if it feels awkward it is because he is probably nervous and doesnt have the courage to make the move

We were video-chatting with some of our friends today and we were doing some math exercises. I wasn't paying attention to anything because I was looking at him and just day dreaming lol, but then he says my name and I say "uh? what did you say? I wasn't listening" while smiling. He then had a huge smile on his face and then shook his head while still smiling. He was also red lol. But man he gives me soooooo many mixed signals. What do you think about this?

It’s all about getting yourself out there. If he doesn’t like you, then it’s okay. The more you put yourself out there and talk to people, you’ll start to get better at it and your self esteem will improve. But never never store those rejection personally. Take them as learning experience and gaining experience point in life. Life is just a game. :)

My crush says he like me then says he doesn't like me and he keeps going back and forth. He is nice and tells me "good night sweet dreams". I am so confused. We don't really have long conversations more like "hey how's it going" kinda thing. He has told me I am beautiful multiple times.

He always says good morning and texts me every single day, we talk almost all day, sending random memes and discussing stuff we found through the internet, had deep conversations, went on several "dates", yet he won't admit that we are not just friends 🙂

OKAY SIGN 4, TALKING WITH ONE OF HIS FRIENDS. Okay please help me here. I do sometimes talk to one of his "friends" but I think it is him (this is on insta). Bc one time this "friend" sent me a voice recording and it sounded like him but he was trying to make his voice deeper (if that makes any sense.) ALSO, they talk SO SIMILAR. Same emojis, same.. Language. Kinda hard to describe. But this boi keeps denying its him. What could this mean? Also... I see him (not The friend) online but he won't respond to my dms for like days... Sometimes. So idk. Sometimes he says "I care" and then sometimes he says "I don't care." PLEASE HELP WHAT COULD DIS MEAN BRUH! IM SO HURT AND CONFUSEDDDDDD. ~ Thank you if someone helps me out.

I can't talk to him in Person. I can only Video call him, but he apparently doesn't know how to answer his DM's. *dramatic eye roll* I'm a very disappointing Person. I don't know when to let go of things, because someone can hurt me 1000 times and I'd still stay. So. HEH.

I really want to ask out the person I like but I still can’t gain the confidence I need. I still can’t tell if she feels the same or not and it keeps making me think. What makes it even worse is that I never know what to say to her, I never know how to start a conversation and it’s always awkward when we’re not talking around friends. Basically, I have no game. I might just give up
