WOW!!! This is beautiful!! Someone told me about your videos and the crazy thing is, I used to go on your website like 20 years ago and look at everything and want to take classes!! (This was before KZread) I couldn’t afford them back then… single Mom raising 2 girls. But I loved your site and always thought I would get by your studio in Frederick. We only lived about 45 mins from there. Anyway, your work was great then and now! Thank you for sharing it!!

This fellow it a good painter and is using less toxic and volatile products by MM's. That's good. He should edit his videos though, when he goes off camera to look for a brush or have a smoke or whatever he is doing. Humorous and a good painter.

As you were giving history on the brush, i was thinking . Are you going to use That brush? lol. love the video , thumbs up !

Link for the peacock opens up to a Dale. I thought they quit making it anyhow. That brush has always been kind of a regional thing. Some cities the painters use them, others they’ve never heard of them.

Ron, can u do a video on old limestone tuscan columns? Light subtle colors. Carmel and cream colors.

Would love to have you paint a gun stock with this finish!

What is the base paper?

I just loooove it when people criticize artists as “ not being very organized” . 🤣thats why WE ‘RE artists and YOU’RE engineers, or videographers , or techies… We dont NEED detailed instructions in an organized manner because we speak the same language, and have the same innate info. Nor do we give a hoot if he goes to grab something.. we do it all the time.. but try NOT to when doing finishes 😆

Could you use the Mahogany stains that you can by as the pigment in the glaze? I"m am so afraid of not getting the percentages right of the colors that I need to use.Additionaly, don't be afraid to use the old stencil brush. It wa created to be used. Enjoy what it was used for. You only live once. Use it Everyone has a special bottle of wine, or that specific dish set that they are waiting to use for that special occasion. More often than not that very special occasion never arises. And everyday is actually a special occasion. What is everyone waiting for? Today IS a special occasion. We're ALIVE so we must enjoy life's special gifts NOW! :-) I'd like to see you do a project and record it and actually use the brush. It would be spectacular for you to share that moment with the world on the internet and it would forever be preserved tanks to technology. From that moment on, al will see. He made it not to be showcased in a Curio cabinet, but to be used. Celebrate what it was intended for. Use it on a real project and video it so we have the luxury of seeing it being used and know that the moment will forever be preserved for all to see in the future. :-) After reading that, please don't forget to answer my orignal question. LOL

hello using modern masters glaze how did you create the mahogany color ? mahogany stain or?? please don't say tints no one seems to carry tints is delta paints acceptable?thankyou Iam anxious to get started. The results you get is unreal .

Unfortunately you have to use tents paint makes it a peek and you won’t get the results. Now starting next week I’ll be offering kits with premade glazes to create the various wood grain and marble finishes that I shall you’ll be seeing a video next Wednesday about that can you be able to order directly from the studio using a high-quality glaze that slow drying

“Happy clouds and trees.” Still, good stuff.

Great enthusiasm, but better to speak a little more slowly and practice the narrative, reduce arm waving, and show items for more than a second or two. Thrusting things at the camera results in them being out of focus. Never-the-less - a pleasing result. Interestingly, mahogany trees do not grow burls - their decorative veneer element is the 'crotch' split.

A lot of hard work for poor results
