How to teach a child to swim - Skill 1 Breath control

Do you want to teach your child to swim, or are you a swim teaching looking for some tips to use in your lessons? In this video I introduce the first of the 5 core skills that are needed in order to start teaching a child to swim. This video will break down some activities that can be used to start to introduce water on a child face, in the pool as well as in swim lessons. At the end of this video I will give you some bath time homework for you to practice.
