Sadly some gyms dont give a frik about. Belts or gi. In the Army my company commander told me do you want to be a soldier. First you must dress like a solder then you have to act like a soldier work like a solder. You must feel like a soldier. Now your a soldier. I bring that to the BJJ table as a 1 strip close to my second stripe dress wise i put some of the higher belts to shame in appearance and hygiene in my school. Sadly

Keenan is so right about Johnson and Johnson tape. It has no equal. I've used it for around 8 years. It's product name is Coach Tape. I actually have also used this tape formation when my finger gets sore or injured. It's so perfect. I can't even count how many white belts over the years I've told about Johnson and Johnson.

Man this shit is on point my middle finger 2nd knuckle has been sprained bad for like two months now and I just tried this to see what it feels like and it’s amazing how the pain literally went away that quick with the tape. Without the tape my knuckle won’t let me make a closed fist without something feeling like it’s going to tear with the tape it feels completely normal lol. I guess my tendons are in the right spot for sure.

Great for stopping the injury getting worse. Here is the solution to the actual problem for us: Get your fingers stronger. Look up arm wrestling exercises and you will see that they do pull ups with towels with 2 grips: grip over the towels, and grip under the towels. To get more blood flow to the injured area and quicken the healing process do the following: Block the finger with your other hand so that you can only flex and extend the part that is damaged. Put about 1.25kg on the table. Move the object with only flexing and extending that part of the finger. Lots of reps, and do it often. I injured my ring finger holding spider guard too hard. The injury re-aggravated with towel pull ups, so beware of existing injuries. Best is to get them stronger before they get injured. Now that finger alone is holding me back from doing towel pull ups, and the rest of the fingers are fine thankfully.

I really like this tapping method but your video is very confusing and hard to follow!! First off in your main video you're tapping your left hand, but in your window it's the right hand.. . So makes it hard to follow!!! Wouldn't be so bad if the window didn't cover up half of what your doing, but if you just try to follow the window one, it's out of frame half the time!!!🙄😒 Could we please make this tapping video again only with these issues addressed? Thank you for your videos and your time!😁 Ps, 2:34😂🤣😄😅

Never mind. If you're having trouble following come back after a few days and rewatch it. Got it down!
