what can be the reason, that for "Travel Request" and "Content Scheduler" the two templates with approval flow are not showing?

They announced that they’re adding the approval concept to all lists, so maybe that’s why those two don’t have a separate template anymore.

Do you know if there's any way to make the "requestor" or "issue logged by" automatic/default? It seems to me that Microsoft already knows it's me logging the issue or making the vacation request. Would love if this was automatic instead of typing my name in every time!!

There’s already a “created by” field in every list and library. You can just delete those other people pickers if you don’t need them.

Yes. Flow has hundreds of triggers.

Unfortunately my list does not have travel approval template only the regular travel template

Maybe that template hasn’t rolled out to your tenant yet.

Create a SharePoint list or a MS form or a Power App. Lots of my videos here are about approval processes and it’s in my training courses too.

Yes
