I got those same tabs for my ICD10 and CPT books. Love them! As a newbie just getting use to the books, made things so much nicer. Also, at my exam, proctors didn’t mind the tabs.

I just ordered my tabs!!

Just got my tabs and they made the edits that you requested with having color and number table placement sheet. It took me maybe 15 minutes. Thank you for giving the advice to get the tabs from Tab and Co.

Hey I got my shirt so fast! I love the color and design! I only had one problem and that was the size ran small. I order one size larger usually too have a looser for however my size up shirt 2XL is tight. I will still wear it with pride!

Also, keep in mind that they also can take custom orders. I’m getting mine all pink for both books, I have a pink obsession lol. They are truly amazing!!

I used the skinny sticky notes for tabs, and they were fine since I didn't have any "Information" on them except the name of the chapter and the code range

Next time you do this video lay the paper alignment guide on the table beside the book and then place the tabs. That way you don't have to keep moving the alignment page

Hello everyone, I'm a beginner on tabbing and I'm going to be taking the CCA exam I believe the first exam you take i have a ICD-10-CM code book 2024 how can I tab that for the exams where it is up to the rule standers?

I had absolutely no idea how to put those original tabs in my book, why didn’t I think to look it up on KZread!?🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂Im not going to lie, I’m so OCD that this process took me a good 3-4 attempts to get it just perfect and everything lined up exactly straight😒it was so stressful!

Taking my CRC in a month - instructors told us to NOT tab out ICD10 book because AAPC proctors were REALLY strict (no idea why). Watching along because I want to get a 2024 set and have been curious about the tabs you got. Edit: you mentioned you don’t tab your book - does it get in the way when you use the book to search a code?

I took the cpc exam last Saturday and the only thing I was told was that you can't have codes on the tab, but how you set your book up is personal preference. For me. I only tabbed the a-z codes because in the exam you won't use the index. Up to you though.

Question if I am taking the AAPC Certification CPC hopefully in December 2023, however if I end up feeling like I need a bit more study time and push it back until January 2024 can I still utilize the 2023 Optum ICD-10-CM, AMA CPT 2023, and Optum HCPCS Level II 2023 that I have been studying from -- even in January 2024? Under AAPC I had read you could use the current year and the previous year code books. Yet the last time I visited their site I did not see this, so I was hoping you would know this answer. I am hoping this has not changed in 2024. Thank you & thank you for your informative videos

I don't see Symbols and Conventions in my 2023 ICD-10. :(

How come my Coding book did NOT come with tabs???? I also have a different ICD-10-CM CODING author. Mine is from Optum, which is the one we need for the CCA/CCS exams.

There are many different publishers and not all come with tabs.

Hi Victoria, for some reason this video doesn’t have sound. Sound works on all other KZread videos. I closed and reopened the KZread app and still your video has no sound. I can listen to all other KZread so weird

Tabs may be inserted, taped, pasted, glued, or stapled in the manuals so long as the obvious intent of the tab is to earmark a page with words or numbers, not supplement information in the book. Altering, whiting out, painting, or printing over any pages within the code books (e.g., marketing pages, table of contents, reference pages, etc.) to supplement information is prohibited.
