Guys I finally did it!! Place the pill in the very back of your mouth, and take a HUGE gulp of water. Sometimes it takes a few tries but it works eventually!

What’s irritating is that it is easy for them to say but it is actually hard to do

@@mclemavance6569 ​ Let's put it this way, I didn't know the pill even had a taste until the next day when I failed to consume it normally with water. Nutella works well for covering taste, but not so much for the swallowing. I learned how to swallow it properly, so now I don't need Nutella. Putting the pill under your tongue and gulping the water works surprisingly well for me.

I had the same issue. I finally figured out how to trick my throat. First, you chew some food but don’t swallow. Instinctively you will want to swallow. Put the pill in your mouth and take a big gulp of water or whatever. The food and the pill all get mixed up and you won’t know the difference.

@@BUTTERsword i already took the tablets but thanks nonetheless. I tried both methods and none oft them worked... I wasnt really able to swallow pills for almost 10 years now but i found another Video in KZread with a method that worked for me. Now i just put the pills on the end of my tongue and push it back until i only need to pull back the tongue in order to swallow it.

I can swallow a TikTak but I can’t swallow a pill .-.

Try putting your pill in a big spoonful of applesauce or pudding and doing it that way :)

Or if Zensfy's method doesn't work, try putting the tablet UNDER your tongue and taking a big gulp of water. It won't activate the gag reflex and the tablet will just wash down. I was skeptical about it, but it worked for me!

My best method is to put the pill inside a spoonful of thick pudding, like chocolate pudding, and then eat the spoonful of pudding with a clean swallow. You can also try applesauce but its a little bit wetter and will dissolve the pill faster, pudding is best because its very thick and wont make the pill sink to the bottom and kind of keep it encased inside of there and wont soak into it very quickly.

Well just drink it with water as if you are running an olympic of who can drink water fast , And i would suggest using glass of water instead of bottle since it helps keep a steady flow of water without air bubbles

here’s a tip for people who can’t take pills: i have to take acne pills two times a day and i couldn’t do it here’s how i finally did it: I took a hollow noodle you can but at the grocery store and heated it up and put butter on it so it’s slippery and put the pill inside the noodle and swallow the whole noodle with it hope it helps!

Never been so proud of myself! I've struggled taking pills before but now it's pretty easy. Just think about those times you swallowed a big ass burger down your throat. If I can swallow a big lettuce, chewed up meat and some tomatoes altogether, I can swallow this stupid pill. Is the problem the size of the pill or just a fear of not being able to swallow it?

@incognito2 **** have you tried cutting them into smaller pieces (assuming its a tablet and not a capsule) and taking the pieces one by one?

Wow wow wow, im actually blown away! I was so skeptical but the second method worked like a charm didn't even feel the pill! It only took 24 years to figure it out with your help, I cannot thank you enough!!!!

Amazing!

I've been struggling for my entire life to take some pills so I decide to use banana, smash em, or just choose syrup medicine. Then I try your method, it's amazing that now I can swallow it easily. Love yaaaa 😘😘😘😘😘

thanks, last time i tried to swallow a pill i wasn’t able to do it, with this technique i managed to do it in 2 seconds.

Wow...that little tilt forward made a world of difference! I took two large capsules today and didn't even feel them going down! I use to cut capsules and mixing the medicine with yoghurt but I could taste the nasty medicine and it made me gag...this is soooo helpful. Thanks!!!!

I've always struggled with medium to large size pills. Currently, I have to take omega 3 fish oil capsules and never occurred to me to use a bottle instead of a glass, the bottle method really does work

OMG! I’m 13 and I always struggled with tablets and i was having a head ache so i searched an easy way to swallow tablets and THE FIRST METHOD IS MAGICAL!✨✨ ( anyone else having trouble with tablets, just take the courage and try 1 method IT WORKS🌺🌺) thank you abraham!

I’ve been tilting my head back for capsules, usually takes me like 10 tries to get it down. Such a simple thing makes it so much easier.

The first method worked best!!!! I finally swallowed a pill!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!

I have always had trouble swallowing capsules idk why because I can pretty much swallow any other pill so tilting my chin down into my chest really helped me I legit just tried it right now I went to doctors today and I got my medicine because I’m sick and I just tried two times before and it didn’t work and then I came across this video and it really helped so thank you

This may be meaningless, but thank you so much. I had a bad breakdown because I couldn't swallow my cramp pill and I was absolutely in doubt anything would work. Finally I got to swallow it, and hopefully clear my pain. Thank you so much!!

I use to not be able to swallow any pills and in recent years became able to swallow normal size pills but the big pills were still an obstacle. Thank you so much for this eye opening video, I can't believe I can now swallow big pills and with such ease too! Even though I became able to swallow normal size pills it still required effort to get it down, now after learning the trick is to put your chin down I can swallow all pills with ease! So happy :D
