Try placing the pill in the middle of your tongue and then doing it not sure if it will help but worth a go

Omg, this worked for me. I’m 23 and I have never been able to swallow pills. I've always struggled with swallowing pills or capsules and this just made me swallow my capsule within a second. This definitely works just make sure to keep yourself distracted to avoid thinking about swallowing the medicine.

Abe’s, I’m not the greatest at swallowing pills, be it tiny or big 😮 glasses and glasses of water runs down my throat and the pill still stays in my throat 😉…luckily I just take ibuprofen once in a blue moon for my headaches after my cycle! My tip is use cold water to reduce to your mouth sensitivity. Another tip is to tilt your head or drink more water so that the pill floats around in the middle so it doesn’t fall touches your mouth

I tried and couldn't do it, no matter how much water I chug and lean forward a lil bit to swallow my tablet was still on my tongue until it started to taste bad and melt a bit, but I swallowed it alr by eating it with chips terrible.. how do I swallow it normally with water. I'm already 21 years old man and I'll need to take my medication everyday for weeks until I'm prepared for surgery, do I just have to it it together with my chips till then :( I got so teary eyed just from eating it with chips

Recently I have swallow a big half pill with sharp edge in wrong way it's stuck in my mouth and now whenever I swallow anything it's pain it's very painful 😢

I can do it, I have severe deficiency of vitamin d and doctor gave me it's capsules but I have trouble swallowing it, and I listen somewhere that it should be swallowed directly, otherwise it will be more harmful.

I usually swallow big pills with yoghurt. Take a nice big mouthful of yoghurt, then put the pill in your mouth along with it and just gulp it all down in one go. I hope it helps!

I find it easier to tilt my head backwards but then again i take 20+ kratom capsules at a time so im weird.
