My cold has lasted more than 2 weeks now and my nose has now suddenly got more congested. Does this sound like a normal cold or something more like an infection? avoid milk which is the cause of mucus; put 1 tsp coconut oil in tea = mucus comes out in 5 minutes!

Definitely gonna try it tomorrow. I've been dealing with mucus in my throat and it's super annoying especially when you have to get up and spit it out.

I was taught the second method 25 years ago when I was a brick layer. We would get dust in are noses sometimes from the bricks or cinder blocks and we would use that method. Great job spreading the info 👍🏽

Yes you help alot.

I think we should use some heat pad, a rubber pad filled up with heated water and place it over lungs for several minutes. Also drink somewhat hot/lukewarm water that will melt some amount of mucus in the airway. It happens a lot during winters especially at night. So keeping your airways warm can also be one of the solutions.

Every time I breathe with my mouth while having phlegm, I sound like a demon growling

For chest congestion you can use eucalyptus oil & coconut oil as a natural Vicks . Rub on chest, back, throat, & feet cover your body with a thick layer of clothes so it absorbs faster. Pineapple juice is a natural decongestant. Stick to fruits & water to help break down the mucus. Heavy foods like breads & meats cause extra mucus.. Drink a gallon of water if you can. & ingest hot beverages in am & pm (ginger tea & lemon tea) also steam shower inhalations with eucalyptus oil or lavender oil (3-5 drops)

I had a 40 day bronchitis. We thought it was normal flu so we treat it like one. It was really bad. I could only breathe enough to say one word for one breath. I was basically a walking kettle because each time i breathe it was audible. Can't sleep at nigh neither. Tried sleeping on my back and almost fainted from lack of oxygen. I can only sleep in a sitting position. This was definitely the worst one for me. Even covid wasn't this bad. I was only hospitalized for 4 days for covid and recovered fully just 3 days after

I came back to this video after I feel relieved I always wake up with thick mucus inside my throat. I had try everything Idk what's the cause. So I did some digging. Turns out it because of acid reflux (in my case) so I add extra pillow, one thin pillow that I put on top of my other pillow. And boom, mucus is gone.

Nothing works for me I haven’t had a clear nose or throat in about 15 years Lmao had surgery they fucked up my airways and now I’m just constantly with mucus in my throat and one side of my nose completely blocked idk what it’s like to even get a good breath of fresh air

Apple cider vinegar works as well, 1tbsp in 8oz water & drink 30mins before sleep 👍🏼

I use to see yellow mucus the last time my I saw my mucus it was yellow hard rock mucus sense then when I try to clear my throat no mucus come out I’m concerned it a good thing or not?

It works! Though triggers off the gag reflux if there's too much salt.
